De Inspectiediensten worden uitgevoerd door gekwalificeerde toezichthoudende dierenartsen die zijn ingeschreven in het Diergeneeskunderegister. De uitvoering van de Inspectiediensten dient te voldoen aan het geldende Inspectiekader. Per uitgevoerde Dienst levert de Inspecteur een Inspectierapport op als resultaat. Opdrachtnemer is verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie en uitvoering van de Diensten, waaronder begrepen de planning, (voor)selectie, screening, contracteren van Onderaannemers, administratieve afhandeling, coördinatie en kwaliteitsborging, alsmede het tijdig beschikbaar stellen van voldoende en geschikte capaciteit voor de uitvoering van Inspectiediensten. € 70.000.000,- excl. btw
