Lot 1

Punctajul se acorda astfel: a) Pentru cel mai scazut dintre preturi se acorda punctajul maxim alocat; b) Pentru celelalte preturi ofertate punctajul P(n) se calculeaza proportional, astfel: P(n) = (Pret minim ofertat / Pret n) x punctaj maxim alocat — 80%

Lot 2

Algoritm de calcul: a) Pentru cea mai lunga perioada de garanție ofertata, dar nu mai mare de 48 de luni, se acorda 20 puncte; b) Pentru o perioada de garantie “n”, cuprinsa intre 24 luni si cea mai mare perioada ofertata, punctajul se va calcula utilizând următoarea formulă: P(n) = perioada (n) ofertata/perioada maxima ofertata x 20 puncte. - In cazul in care se va oferta o perioada de garanție mai mica de 24 de luni, oferta va fi declarata neconforma. - In cazul in care se va oferta o perioada de garantie mai mare de 48 de luni oferta nu va fi punctata suplimentar. Ofertantul câstigător va fi cel care va obține cel mai mare punctaj total (Ptotal) obținut prin însumarea punctajelor obținute astfel: Ptotal = Pofertă (maxim 80 puncte) + PT( maxim 20 puncte), unde: Punctaj total (Ptotal)= punctajul acordat pentru factorul de evaluare „Prețul ofertei” + Punctajul alocat factorilor de evaluare tehnici (PT); Ptotal – reprezintă punctajul total obținut de un ofertant; Pofertă – reprezintă punctajul obținut de un ofertant pentru factorul de evaluare „Prețul ofertei”; PT – reprezintă punctajul total obținut de către un ofertant pentru factorul de evaluare tehnic — 20%
