Το Τμήμα 1 αφορά την προμήθεια οχημάτων για την υποστήριξη δράσεων Πολιτικής Προστασίας και περιλαμβάνει δύο (2) ημιφορτηγά οχήματα τύπου 4x4, κατάλληλα εξοπλισμένα με εκχιονιστικό εξοπλισμό. Τα οχήματα προορίζονται για την αποτελεσματική αντιμετώπιση έκτακτων καιρικών φαινομένων και τη διασφάλιση της προσβασιμότητας του οδικού δικτύου, ιδιαίτερα σε συνθήκες χιονόπτωσης και δυσμενών καιρικών συνθηκών.
