Punctajul se acorda astfel: a) Pentru cel mai scazut dintre preturi se acorda punctajul maxim alocat; b) Pentru celelalte preturi ofertate punctajul P(n) se calculeaza proportional, astfel: P(n) = (Pret minim ofertat / Pret n) x punctaj maxim alocat40%

Pentru perioada minimă de garanție acordată produselor de 24 de luni, se acordă 0 puncte. Pentru fiecare lună suplimentară de garanție acordată produselor se acordă câte 1 punct, până la un total de 24 de luni suplimentare (corespunzător unei perioade de garanție a produselor ofertată de 48 de luni). Pentru perioadele de garanție a produselor mai mari de 48 de luni nu se mai acordă punctaj suplimentar. Punctajul de acordă numai dacă perioada de garanție acordată este aceeași pentru toate produsele incluse în cadrul unui lot24%
