La prestación del servicio de gestión, coordinación y dinamización de los Centros y Locales Ciudadanos Municipales de conformidad con las características y especificaciones que se fijan en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas, siendo su finalidad el control de las infraestructuras de los mismos, la gestión y coordinación de las actividades que se llevan a cabo en dichas instalaciones municipales, el fomento de la participación ciudadana en la vida pública local y la dinamización de las actividades culturales, sociales, de ocio y deportivas, destinadas a la ciudadanía en general y a los usuarios, así como de todas aquellas actuaciones para el fomento y la gestión del asociacionismo
