0039 - Qualification System for the Provision of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Services

An Post is establishing a Qualification System for the provision of specialist Artificial Intelligence (AI) engineering and implementation services. This Qualification System is intended to support the delivery of secure, production grade AI capabilities across An Post and its subsidiary operations, where AI solutions must be designed, built, integrated, deployed, and operated at scale within regulated and security sensitive environments. This Qualification System is focused on hands on AI engineering capability. It is not intended to focus on AI strategy, advisory services, or data engineering services. It is intended to secure specialist AI engineering and implementation capability and is not intended to procure a supplier-owned standalone AI platform, core hosting environment or proprietary technology stack. The Qualification System may operate until 2nd September 2031. An Post reserves the right to extend or close the panel early in line with Operational Requirements.
