El objeto del contrato es la prestación del servicio de celaduría, conserjería y apoyo operativo en varios edificios municipales, comprendiendo las tareas de apertura y cierre de instalaciones, control de accesos, atención al público, apoyo logístico, pequeño mantenimiento, manipulación y gestión de paquetería y documentación, refuerzo de limpieza en zonas específicas, apoyo en actividades culturales y programación de eventos, así como cualquier otra función complementaria necesaria para el correcto funcionamiento de los centros, todo ello conforme a lo descrito en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas.
