Die zu vergebenden Leistungen betreffen die schlüsselfertige Erstellung des Bauvorhabens durch einen Generalübernehmer. Bestandteil der Leistung sind sowohl sämtliche zur vollständigen Errichtung der Schule inklusive Sporthalle und Außenanlagen erforderlichen hochbaulichen, fachtechnischen und garten- und landschaftsbaulichen Bauleistungen als auch sämtliche Planungsleistungen für die Objektplanung, die Technische Ausrüstung inkl. sämtlicher technischer Erschließung, die Tragwerksplanung und die Freianlagenplanung. Anzubieten ist die gesamte Planung in allen betroffenen Leistungsbildern einschließlich aller Gutachter- und Sachverständigenleistungen und die Herbeiführung aller notwendigen Genehmigungen (Beauftragungsstufe 1) sowie die schlüssel- und bezugsfertige Errichtung des Bauvorhabens (Beauftragungsstufe 2). Im Rahmen des Vergabeverfahrens ist durch die Bieter u.a. eine planerische Projektstudie zu erstellen, die durch den Auftraggeber hinsichtlich ihrer Qualität im Rahmen der Zuschlagsentscheidung bewertet wird.
