Predmetom zákazky je komplexná projektová príprava a realizácia komplexnej rekonštrukcie budovy JSRLP a PHA metodikou Design and Build (najmä návrh a vypracovanie príslušnej dokumentácie, výkon inžinierskych činností, vykonanie stavebných prác a realizácia súvisiacich plnení), pri zachovaní štandardov a objemov uskutočňovaných prác a poskytovanej služby počas realizácie projektu. Predmetná stavba bude realizovaná v zmysle Zmluvných podmienok pre technologické zariadenie a projektovanie – realizáciu“ – pre elektrotechnické a strojno-technologické diela a pre stavebné a inžinierske diela projektované Zhotoviteľom, (,,Žltá kniha“), Prvé vydanie 1999, vydané Medzinárodnou federáciou konzultačných inžinierov (FIDIC), slovenský preklad, SACE 2008. Navrhované kapacity, plošná a priestorová bilancia: PHA: 1 066 m2 JSRLP: 1 052 m2 Objekt Energocentrály: 69,91 m2 Trvalý záber stavby: 1 213 m2 Navrhované dočasné pracovisko: 405,33 m2 Navrhované spevnené plochy mimo zastavanej plochy objektami ako dočasný záber staveniska: 3 396,48 m2 Maximálna výška nového objektu: 160 m n.m.
