Le présent marché public est un accord-cadre au sens des articles L2125-1.1° et R2162-1 et suivants du Code. L’accord-cadre est conclu avec un seul opérateur économique et exécuté par l’émission de bons de commande, pour les prestations décrites dans les documents contractuels (dans les conditions fixées aux articles R2162-13 et R2162-14 du Code). En application de l’article R2162-4 du Code, l’accord-cadre est conclu sans montant minimum d’engagement et avec un montant maximum d’engagement sur sa durée totale (5 ans), à savoir : 135 000 € HT. Les prestations sont rémunérées par application : - De prix unitaires figurant au Bordereau des Prix Unitaires (BPU), annexe 1 à l’acte d’engagement, aux quantités réellement mises en œuvre ; - De prix unitaires figurant au tarif public du titulaire, annexe 2 à l’Acte d’engagement, après application de la remise contractuelle, annexe 3 à l’Acte d’engagement, aux quantités réellement mises en œuvre.
