Les Baux Civils soutenant l'activité auront pour date d'effet estimative le 2 novembre 2026 et pour date d'échéance le 31 mars 2034. Ces Baux ont pour objet de décrire les conditions selon lesquelles 21 surfaces affectées à un usage de bureau de change et 89 surfaces affectées à un usage de distributeur automatiques de billets sont mises à dispositions du titulaire retenu et exploitées sur les deux aéroports concernés. Ce contrat fixe notamment les modalités selon lesquelles le Titulaire retenu verse à Aéroports de Paris un loyer et se rémunère au moyen de la commercialisation de services auprès de la clientèle. Les points de vente seront mis à disposition du titulaire retenu de manière progressive, aux échéances prévues par le dossier de consultation des entreprises.
