L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une période initiale d'un an à compter de sa date de notification. L'accord-cadre est reconduit tacitement jusqu'à son terme. Le nombre de périodes de reconduction est fixé à 3. La durée maximale du contrat, toutes périodes confondues, est de 4 ans. Le délai d'exécution des phases est fixé à l'acte d'engagement. L'accord-cadre mixte, avec une partie forfaitaire (DPGF) et une partie à bons de commande, est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6 à 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires. Délai de validité des offres : 120 jours. une visite de site est recommandée
