De doelstelling van deze aanbesteding is om maximaal drie geschikte leveranciers te vinden voor het leveren ICT-hardware. De Aanbestedende dienst wenst dit doel te realiseren door middel van een Europese aanbesteding volgens een openbare procedure, waar de ‘inschrijving met de laagste prijs’ het uitgangspunt is. Met deze aanbesteding wenst de Aanbestedende dienst maximaal drie Inschrijvers te contracteren die in staat zijn de leveringen en dienstverlening naar behoren (kwalitatief en concurrerend) te leveren, conform de eisen die in deze aanbestedingsdocumenten zijn vermeld. De uitgaven over de afgelopen 4 jaar bedroegen gemiddeld € 1.500.000,00 (exclusief BTW) per jaar. De realisatie zal afhangen van de aanwezige budgetten, vervangingen, het mogelijk niet vervangen (eventuele krimp of groei van de organisatie door minder/meer leerlingen) en eventuele uitbreidingen van ICT-centrale hardware.
