De scope van de opdracht betreft het implementeren van een geïntegreerd systeem die de volgende onderdelen bevat: - Mobiliteitskaart voor OV-reizen van medewerkers van ROC van Twente t.b.v. woon-werk verkeer en dienstreizen met aanverwante dienstverlening; - Het registreren, faciliteren en adviseren van de ritregistratie en verwerking van het woon-werkverkeer en de dienstreizen. Opdrachtnemer dient hierbij een bijdrage te leveren aan: o Verduurzaming: CO2-uitstoot van reisbewegingen verminderen om de ecologische voetafdruk te verkleinen; o Vereenvoudigen van de huidige administratieve lasten voor zowel medewerkers, leidinggevenden en medewerkers van M&O; - Het faciliteren van deelvervoer; - Het voldoen aan de rapportageverplichtingen zoals voorgeschreven door de Wet Personenvervoer (WPM); - Het reserveren van parkeerplekken op de toegewezen locaties van ROC van Twente, passend bij individuele parkeerrechten van de medewerker; - Toegang en beheer parkeerterreinen en voorzieningen en toe Zie aanbestedingsdocumenten
