Auf dem Areal der ehemaligen Sendeanlage am Stadtrand von Jülich und unmittelbarer Nähe zum Campus der FH Aachen entsteht derzeit ein Wissenschaftspark und innovatives Gewerbegebiet mit rd. 52 ha Fläche entstehen (im Folgenden: „Brainergy Park Jülich“). Der AG hat die Aufgabe, die Liegenschaften im Brainergy Park mit Wärme, Kälte so-wie Energiedienstleistungen zu versorgen. Der AG plant die Errichtung einer Energiezentrale. Die Energieversorgung (Wärme/Kälte) des Low-Exergy-Netzes (LE-Netz) im Brainergy-Park soll über reversible Wärmepumpen, Wärme-/Kältespeicher, Elektrokessel und Abwärmeprozesse realisiert werden. Das LE-Netz soll in Betrieb genommen werden, bevor die Energiezentrale fertig gestellt wird. Die provisorische elektrische Energieversorgung im Bauabschnitt 1 ist bereits vergeben. Leistungsumfang hier ist die Elektrifizierung der Trafostationen, der ersten 7 von insgesamt 11 Wärmepumpen sowie der provisorischen Netzpumpen und Druckhaltung. Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens sind Leistungen für die Errichtung der Energiezentrale in folgenden Losen: • Los 6: Elektrische Energieversorgung • Los 7: Leittechnik
