Für die Unterbringung von Ausländern i.S.d. §5 Sächsisches Flüchtlingsaufnahmegesetz (SächsFlüAG), sowie Spätaussiedlern i.S.d. § 1a Sächsisches Spätaussiedlereingliederungsgesetz (SächsSpAEG) wird eine geeignete Gemeinschaftsunterkunft gesucht. Die Betreibung des Unterbringungsobjektes für Personen in besonderen sozialen Schwierigkeiten, im Folgenden Gemeinschaftsunterkunft genannt, wird auf Basis eines Betreibervertrages ab frühestens dem 01.11.2026 bis 31.12.2028 mit einer zweimaligen Option der Verlängerung um jeweils ein Jahr erfolgen. Der Zeitraum 01.11.-30.11.2026 überschneidet sich mit einem bestehenden Vertrag gleicher Art des Auftraggebers und dient einem geordneten Übergang der Untergebrachten in eine neue Gemeinschaftsunterkunft für den Fall eines Objekt-( Vertragspartner-)wechsels. Findet kein Objektwechsel statt, beginnt der Vertragszeitraum am 01.12.2026. Abgeschlossen wird im Ergebnis der Vergabe ein Dienstleistungsvertrag. Dieser beinhaltet die Unterbringung von max. 150 Asylsuchenden und geduldeten Ausländer*Innen. Die genauen Unterbringungszahlen können je nach Bedarf schwanken. Eine Verpflichtung der Stadt Chemnitz, zu jeder Zeit die Gemeinschaftsunterkunft voll auszulasten, besteht nicht.
