a) Art der Leistung: Energieberatung von Immobilieneigentümern in Schleswig-Holstein inkl. Ausstellen eines raumweisen Heizlastberechnung. b) Umfang der Leistung: Die Leistung umfasst die Energieberatung vor Ort, sowie grundsätzlich das Ausstellen einer raumweisen Heizlastberechnung im Anschluss der Beratung. Beraten werden Ein- und Zweifamilienhäuser, sowie Mehrfamilienhäuser. c) Ausführungszeitraum: Der Ausführungszeitraum ist zwischen Juni und Oktober 2026. Die einzelnen Energieberatungen richten sich nach dem jeweiligen Einzelabruf nach der Rahmenvereinbarung. Die Einzelabruf beginnt regelmäßig mit Beginn der Beratungstätigkeit nach erfolgreicher Vermittlung und endet regelmäßig mit der Übermittlung des Beratungsprotokolls und -ergebnisses nebst raumweiser Heizlastberechnung. Der Berater hat nach der Übermittlung des Beratungsergebnisses für Rückfragen (Nachbesprechung) zur Verfügung zu stehen.
