Los 1: Erstellung versicherungsmathematischer Gutachten für die Berechnung der Mitgliedsbeiträge in der Grundversicherung der PBeaKK und die Durchführung des Beitragsvergleichs mit der privaten Krankenversicherung gemäß § 26 g Bundesanstalt-Post-Gesetz im Kalenderjahr 2027 für das Geschäftsjahr 2028 mit sechsmaliger Verlängerungsoption seitens der PBeaKK. Vor der Erstellung des Erstgutachtens muss zudem eine Überleitung des Beitragsgutachtens 2027 (wird vom bisherigen Aktuar erstellt) erfolgen. Bei der Überleitung müssen die Modelle zur Beitragsberechnung und zum Beitragsvergleich vom bisherigen Aktuar übernommen, im Detail nachvollzogen/verstanden und einer Plausibilitätsprüfung unterzogen werden; außerdem sind der Auftraggeberin im Rahmen einer Präsentation Änderungsvorschläge zu unterbreiten, wenn der Auftragnehmer die Ergebnisse der bisherigen Modelle als Aktuar nicht vertreten kann.
