De interieurbeplanting draagt bij aan een groene, gezonde en frisse omgeving voor medewerkers en studenten. In de gebouwen van Windesheim staan hierom diverse interieurbeplanting. Om de kwaliteit van de interieurbeplanting op peil te houden, laat Windesheim periodiek onderhoud uitvoeren en planten vervangen wanneer deze de representatieve waarde heeft verloren. De Opdracht wordt uitgevoerd voor de locaties in Zwolle en Almere. De interieurbeplanting is eigendom van Windesheim. De huidige opdrachtnemer onderhoudt de interieurbeplanting op basis van een vaste maandelijkse prijs per eenheid. Deze prijs is inclusief vervanging van de planten wanneer de planten hun representatieve waarde hebben verloren. Ter indicatie van het aantal planten en eenheden is de huidige inventaris als bijlage toegevoegd bij de aanbestedingsstukken (zie Bijlage – Inventaris).
