Dit perceel omvat alle vervoer met taxi’s waar een cliënt niet met een hulpmiddel naar binnen kan rijden. Doelgroep: UWV Cliënten met een structurele functionele beperking die recht hebben op een taxivoorziening voor woon-werkverkeer en/of woon-schoolverkeer of een combinatie hiervan. Dit kunnen Cliënten zijn met of zonder hulpmiddel. Mogelijke hulpmiddelen zijn die deze cliënt heeft zijn: zuurstoffles, geleidehond, opvouwbare/inklapbare rolstoel, begeleider, rollator of andere hulpmiddelen die in de kofferbak mee kunnen.

Dit perceel omvat alle vervoer met taxi’s waar een cliënt met een hulpmiddel naar binnen kan rijden. Doelgroep: UWV Cliënten met een structurele functionele beperking die recht hebben op een taxivoorziening voor woon-werkverkeer en/of woon-schoolverkeer of een combinatie hiervan. Dit zijn Cliënten die met een hulpmiddel in de taxi moeten rijden zoals een (elektrische) rolstoel, scootmobiel of handbike. Clienten kunnen naast bovengenoemde hulpmiddelen ook andere hulpmiddelen meenemen zoals: zuurstoffles, geleidehond, begeleider, rollator et cetera.
