Le présent système de qualification vise à présélectionner tout au long de sa durée de validité les opérateurs économiques aptes à fournir les Matériels de télé-exploitation dit « Matériel TEX », constitués principalement de RTU et/ou de Capteurs, installés dans divers ouvrages de GRDF, notamment en Poste de Détente Réseau (PDR) ou en Poste de Livraison (PDL), tels que décrits dans le document "Qualif NEW TEX_Contexte et description du matériel". La Télé-Exploitation du réseau constitue une aide à l'exploitation-maintenance par une information rapide et qualifiée (les téléalarmes et les télémesures) destinée à anticiper voire éviter l'interruption de la fourniture à nos clients et à prévenir d'incident (surpression, etc...).
