Tuomi Logistiikka Oy perustaa Pirkanmaan hyvinvointialueen toimeksiannosta hyvinvointialueen käyttöön dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän kaltaisen menettelyn, jossa hankinnan kohteena on sote-henkilöstön vuokraus. Kyseessä on sähköinen hankintamenettely, joka on hankintayksikön suunnittelema hankintalain (1397/2016) luvun 12 mukaisiin hankintoihin. Järjestelmä perustetaan dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän (DPS) kaltaisena menettelynä. Tämä on hankintaa koskeva osallistumispyyntö. Tarkemmin hankintamenettely on kuvattu osallistumispyynnön liitteessä 1 Hankintamenettelyn kuvaus. Hankintajärjestelmään haetaan mukaan jättämällä osallistumishakemus.
