ECHA intends to create a list of scientific experts to support public health risk assessments efforts following chemical incidents, in accordance with the Serious Cross-Border Threats to Health (SCBTH) Regulation. The procedure has its legal basis in Article 242 of the EU Financial Regulation. ECHA will draw up a list of individuals who meet the criteria set out in the notice. Applications may be submitted at any time until 30.09.2027 . However, we advise you to apply as early as possible, as assignments can arise at any point in time during the validity of the list (i.e. until 31.12.2027). Interested candidates are invited to submit their application via the webform ONLY - available on ECHA's website: https://comments.echa.europa.eu/comments_cms/ExpressionsOfInterestSCBTH.aspx
