ERP system for Troms County.

Background and purpose Troms County (hereafter called the contracting authority) is responsible for central social assignments within, among other things, regional development, sixth form college education, county roads and public transport, including school transport, public dental health service, cultural memorial protection and county library, outdoor life, distribution of betting funds and support for businesses. The contracting authority is working to make the entire region an attractive and good place to live, work and live, as well as a pleasant and exciting tourist destination. Increased value creation and sustainable development are key aims for the business. In order to support these objectives, the contracting authority needs a modern, uniform and future-oriented ERP system. The aim of the procurement is to enter into a new contract for an ERP system, with calculated start-up from approx. November 2026. The implementation shall be implemented from contract signing until April 2028. The new ERP system shall contribute to continued good control and control through access to real time data and overall management information. Furthermore, the system shall facilitate increased efficiency through automation and standardisation of finance, HR and procurement processes, as well as higher quality in the data basis and well integrated processes that reduce errors and manual routines. The procurement shall also support the following sub-aims: Automation and streamlining processes to free up time for value-creating work A future orientated and comprehensive technical architecture that utilises information and functionality across systems. High quality and increased standardisation that supports digitalisation, competence development and sustainable resource management.
