European Tender for Chemicals

The purpose of this public tender by the Contracting Party is to award the Framework Agreement to the Tenderers who will submit a Tender and meet the Schedule of Requirements. Tendering can take place throughout the contract period. Through Mercell's messaging module, an intended Tenderer can tender. The intended effective date of the Framework Agreement is 01-03-2024. For Tenders after the intended effective date, the contract will run until 01-03-2028 with options for extension as described in section 1.4. An open procedure was chosen by the Contracting Party given: • the scope of the Assignment; • The position of SMEs; • the transaction costs involved in Procurement; • the number of potential Bidders; • the desired end result.
