Świadczenie usługi eksperckiej w zakresie rozwoju systemów wspierających

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usług dotyczących konsultacji eksperckich (głównie telekonferencyjnych, telefonicznych, drogą korespondencji elektronicznej, w zależności od potrzeb Zamawiającego) oraz zapewnieniu usługi eksperckiej obejmującej rozwój, konfigurację, utrzymanie, automatyzację oraz doradztwo w zakresie systemów wykorzystywanych przez Zamawiającego tj. platformy do zarządzania pracą i procesami, firmowej bazy wiedzy oraz repozytorium kodu (Atlassian Jira Data Center, Atlassian Confluence Data Center oraz Atlassian Bitbucket Data Center) w maksymalnym wymiarze 500 godzin w okresie trwania umowy.
