1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa testów do diagnostyki molekularnej wybranych mutacji punktowych oraz diagnostyki molekularnej zakażeń potransplantacyjnych i infekcji wrodzonych u noworodków z użyciem sond MGB wraz z dzierżawą analizatorów dla UCK, o parametrach, w asortymencie, szacunkowej ilości oraz wymaganiach określonych w załącznikach nr 4 i nr 5 do SWZ. 2. Zamawiany asortyment musi spełniać wymagania określone w załączniku nr 4 do SWZ. Niespełnienie chociażby jednego z wymagań określonych w załączniku nr 4 do SWZ spowoduje odrzucenie oferty. 3. Dzierżawione analizatory, zwane dalej „sprzętem”, muszą spełniać parametry graniczne określone w załączniku nr 5 do SWZ. Niespełnienie chociażby jednego z parametrów granicznych określonych w załączniku nr 5 do SWZ spowoduje odrzucenie oferty.
