Zur Umsetzung des Projekts ist die Vergabe der folgenden fünf Vergabepakete durch den Auftraggeber vorgesehen: VP1 - Objekt- und Fachplanungen Konstruktion VP2 - Fachplanung betriebstechnische Ausstattung VP3 - Ausführung Abbruch/Entsorgung/Baulogistik VP4 - Ausführung konstruktive Gewerke VP5 - Ausführung betriebstechnische Ausstattung Details zum Inhalt der fünf Vergabepakete können Sie Anlage 8 Projektinformationen (Teil der Vergabeunterlagen) unter Ziffer 6 ("Leistungszuordnung") entnehmen. Für weitere Leistungen der anderen Vergabepakete können Mitwirkungsleistungen zu erbringen sein. Der Auftraggeber behält sich vor, einzelne Teilleistungen im Zuge der Vergabeverfahren neu zuzuordnen, wenn dies nach den Erkenntnissen aus den Bieterverhandlungen zweckmäßig erscheint. Auch kann die Allianz nach Vertragsschluss einvernehmlich Leistungen neu zuordnen. Es wird darauf hingewiesen, dass die Leistungsbereiche - Planung Ingenieurbauwerke, inklusive Instandsetzungskonzepte - Tragwerksplanung - Integration Gesamtsicherheitskonzept für den Tunnel - BIM-Gesamtkoordination kritische Eigenleistungen des VP 1 darstellen, die nicht auf Nachunternehmer übertragen werden dürfen, sondern vom Bieter selbst oder, im Fall einer Bietergemeinschaft, von einem Teilnehmer der Bietergemeinschaft ausgeführt werden müssen. Dieses Vergabeverfahren betrifft nur VP1 - Objekt- und Fachplanungen Konstruktion. Für die weiteren Vergabepakete werden eigenständige Verhandlungsverfahren mit Teilnahmewettbewerb durchgeführt.
