Accord-cadre mono-attributaire à marchés subséquents portant sur la conception et la production d'une exposition temporaire présentée au Village du Festival by Crédit Mutuel, incluant notamment, selon les besoins de l'Acheteur, le commissariat scientifique et éditorial, la conception scénographique et graphique, la production technique, l'installation, le démontage, la maintenance, le stockage et, le cas échéant, la diffusion de l'exposition ; la description des prestations attendues figure dans le CCTP. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une durée initiale d'un (1) an, reconductible trois (3) fois, par décision expresse de l'Acheteur, pour une durée supplémentaire d'un (1) an, sans pouvoir excéder une durée maximale de quatre (4) ans. L'accord-cadre est conclu sans minimum, mais avec un maximum annuel de 190 000 € HT.
