Předmětem smlouvy o dílo je provedení a poskytnutí služeb ve vztahu k připravovanému objektu Středoevropského fóra Olomouc. Služby zahrnují zpracování modelu BIM – digitálního modelu pro provádění stavby na základě dokumentace pro provádění stavby v souladu se zadáním, které tvoří přílohu č. 01_1 této zadávací dokumentace, tj. zejména vypracování prováděcího modelu BIM modelu (DIMS), který bude obsahovat model architektonicko-stavební části včetně modelu všech profesí.
