Lot 1

Aanbesteder hanteert een kader waarbij Opdrachtnemers die -bij uitvoering van de Raamovereenkomst - invulling geven aan het reduceren van CO2-uitstoot via de CO2-Prestatieladder systematiek maximaal 8 punten worden toegekend. Het kwaliteitscriterium omvat het ambitieniveau op de CO₂-Prestatieladder. Dit criterium stimuleert Inschrijvers om een bijdrage te leveren aan duurzaamheidsdoelstellingen. De Inschrijver dient per perceel het CO2-ambitieniveau aan te geven op het formulier bijlage A6 ‘Verklaring inschrijfformulier CO2-Prestatieladder’

Lot 2

Doelstelling Dit kwaliteitscriterium betreft een casusopdracht voor de tijdelijke huisvesting van de Bonte Kraai. De casusopdracht heeft als doel om inzicht te verkrijgen in de aanpak, ontwerpkwaliteit en procesmatige benadering van Inschrijvers. In het bijzonder toetst deze casusopdracht in hoeverre Inschrijvers in staat zijn om een kwalitatief, functioneel en uitvoerbaar bouwplan op te stellen, in lijn met de in Bijlage B5 vermelde eisen, wet- en regelgeving
