Die Ausschreibung umfasst die vollständige Baustellenlogistik und Baustelleneinrichtung für die Sanierung und Modernisierung des denkmalgeschützten Büro- und Verwaltungsgebäudes „Industriehaus Rosenthaler Tor“ in der Brunnenstr. 188-190 in Berlin-Mitte. Bestandteil sind insbesondere die Einrichtung, Vorhaltung und der Rückbau sämtlicher für die Bauausführung erforderlicher Baustelleneinrichtungen einschließlich Containeranlagen, Baustellenlogistik, Baustrom- und Bauwasserverteilungen sowie notwendiger Transport- und Hebeeinrichtungen.
