De Aanbestedende dienst is van plan om met één (1) Opdrachtnemer een Overeenkomst aan te gaan voor de levering van een compleet klantgeleidingssysteem, inclusief de daarmee samenhangende implementatie en dienstverlening. De aanbestedende dienst wil een geïntegreerde softwareoplossing, die minimaal de volgende functionaliteiten bevat: - Klantgeleiding (oproepsysteem bij de balie) - Online afsprakenbeheer - Betalingsverwerking (Ondersteuning van zowel pin- als contante betalingen, geïntegreerd in het klantgeleidingsproces) - Management informatie en rapportage. Het uiteindelijke doel is een efficiënt, gebruiksvriendelijk en toekomstbestendig klantgeleidingssysteem dat bijdraagt aan een klantgerichte en effectieve dienstverlening van de gemeente Den Helder. 1
