La consultation, lancée via un groupement de commandes coordonné par la Ville de Versailles, porte sur un marché d'exploitation de type PF (prestation et forfait) pour certains sites concernés par le contrat, et PFI (avec intéressement) pour le reste des sites, sans fourniture de combustible. Les prestations sont les suivantes : P2 (maintenance, conduite, suivi et contrôle des installations techniques, y compris fourniture des produits de traitement d'eau), P3GER (gros entretien, renouvellement et garantie totale des installations), P5 (travaux accessoires), et P3P (travaux imposés). Elles se composent d'une partie fixe, forfaitaire (P2, P3GER, P3P) et d'une partie à bons de commande (période de tuilage, P5). Durée du contrat : 5 ans et 7 mois fermes à compter de sa notification, reconductible 2 fois pour 1 an.
