The contracting authority will take care of all works regarding laboratory preparation (required construction works). For Lots 1 - 3 It is required for the after award the winning Tenderer to conduct an evaluation of the site and site access at SETU and advise SETU of any alterations to services at the location that may be required, prior to delivery and installation.
