Op dit moment maakt Oasen gebruik van tijdelijke huisvesting, aangezien het reguliere kantoorpand wordt gerenoveerd. Deze werkzaamheden zijn noodzakelijk om het pand te moderniseren en geschikt te maken voor toekomstig gebruik. Na afronding van de renovatie verhuist Oasen terug naar het vernieuwde kantoor, waarvoor nieuw kantoormeubilair benodigd is. Er is gekozen voor de aanschaf van nieuw kantoormeubilair, omdat het huidige kantoormeubilair verouderd is en niet langer geschikt is voor hergebruik. Voor de levering van kantoormeubilair is momenteel geen overeenkomst van kracht. Om die reden wordt met deze aanbesteding een nieuwe raamovereenkomst gesloten voor kantoormeubilair voor zowel de inrichting van het kantoorgebouw, naleveringen en optioneel voor de productielocaties.
