Gegenstand der Vergabe ist der Abschluss eines Rahmenvertrages über die rechtskonforme, versicherungstechnische und fachgerechte Schadens- und Zustandsbegutachtung für den gesamten Fahrzeugbestand des AG. Die Leistungen umfassen die Begutachtung, Bewertung, Dokumentation und Abrechnungsvorbereitung bei: a. Eigenschäden (betriebsbedingte Schäden) b. Fremdschäden (Verkehrs- oder Haftpflichtschäden Dritter) c. Zustandsbewertungen bei Fahrzeugübernahme, -rückgabe oder -verkauf Der Dienstleister fungiert als neutraler und unabhängiger Sachverständiger im Sinne der Versiche-rungs- und Schadenregulierungspraxis. Der AN hat die zur Erfüllung der von ihm übernommenen Leistungen notwendigen technischen, finanziellen und personellen Voraussetzungen zu schaffen und während der gesamten Vertragslaufzeit vorzuhalten.
