Die Stadt Köln beabsichtigt, einen Auftragnehmer für die Weiterentwicklung, Erneuerung, Migration sowie den Betrieb wesentlicher Teile ihrer Datennetzinfrastruktur "Netz V7" zu beauftragen. Vorgesehen ist ein einheitlicher Gesamtauftrag ohne Losaufteilung. Der Auftrag ist als Generalunternehmerleistung zu erbringen und umfasst insbesondere Liefer-, Implementierungs-, Migrations-, Dokumentations-, Schulungs-, Service- und Wartungsleistungen über die Vertragslaufzeit.
