Entitatea Contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari – in a 11 -a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit prin Anuntul de participare pentru depunerea ofertelor. Se va raspunde doar la solicitarile de clarificari adresate de op.ec. in termenul limita enunat anterior.
