Das DLR beabsichtigt eine Master-Vendor-Vereinbarung zur Arbeitnehmerüberlassung zu vergeben. Das Vergabeziel besteht somit in der Deckung von Personalbedarf in der Form der befristeten Arbeitnehmerüberlassung. Der Bedarf entsteht aufgrund von Vakanzen, sowie von Leistungs- und Arbeitsspitzen und aufgrund besonderer fachlicher Anforderungen, welche im Rahmen des Stammpersonals des DLR nicht abgedeckt werden können.
