3.1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usług serwisowych, utrzymaniowych oraz inżynierskich w zakresie systemu sterowania DCS Valmet DNA, eksploatowanego na terenie Zakładu Termicznego Przekształcania Odpadów w Krakowie objętego gwarancją do 07.09.2026 r. 3.2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi załącznik 1 do SWZ oraz załącznik nr 3 do SWZ Projektowane postanowienia umowne. 3.3. Miejsce realizacji zamówienia: Zakład Termicznego Przekształcania Odpadów w Krakowie, ul. Jerzego Giedroycia 23, z zastrzeżeniem, że część usług może być realizowana zdalnie, w szczególności za pośrednictwem łącza VPN, zgodnie z zasadami określonymi w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ.
