Предмет на поръчката е избор на оператор за предоставяне, обслужване и управление на ваучери за храна на електронен носител за служителите на БНТ по чл. 209а от ЗКПО и Наредба № 7 от 09.07.2003 г. Услугата включва първоначално производство, персонализиране, доставка и активиране на електронните носители, периодично зареждане в определените от Възложителя месеци при спазване на максималния необлагаем месечен размер по чл. 209а, ал. 1 от ЗКПО, администриране и поддръжка, предоставяне на справки в електронен формат и осигуряване на мобилно приложение и/или уеб портал за служителите. Поръчката обхваща служителите на БНТ в гр. София и в регионалните телевизионни центрове в Пловдив, Варна, Русе и Благоевград.
