Denk bijvoorbeeld aan psychische, sociale, financiële en/of huisvestingsproblematiek. De coaching is maatwerk en daarmee afgestemd op de individuele behoeften van een klant. Uiteindelijk moet de coaching leiden tot duurzame participatie: in eerste instantie gericht op uitstoom naar werk. Perceel 1, Individuele coaching: 80 opdrachttrajecten over 6 jaar. De gemeente richt zich op het vergroten van arbeidsparticipatie en maatschappelijke deelname voor inwoners binnen de Participatiewet. Omdat steeds meer klanten te maken hebben met multiproblematiek, wordt gewerkt met een integrale aanpak op zeven leefgebieden. Door aan te sluiten bij motivatie, talenten en mogelijkheden wordt gewerkt aan meer zelfredzaamheid en deelname naar vermogen. De overeenkomst heeft over de looptijd van zes jaar een totaal geraamde hoeveelheid van 390 opdrachttrajecten. Dit aantal is voor alle vier de percelen samen. Per perceel is de geraamde hoeveelheid opdrachttrajecten als volgt: Perceel 1, Individuele coaching: 80 opdrachttrajecten over 6 jaar; Perceel 2, Werk- en activeringstraject: 60 opdrachttrajecten over 6 jaar; Perceel 3, Werktaalstage: 150 opdrachttrajecten over 6 jaar; Perceel 4, Jobcoaching: 100 opdrachttrajecten over 6 jaar. Deze raming dient ter indicatie van de omvang en er kunnen geen rechten aan worden ontleend. Om tot de maximale opdrachthoeveelheid te komen verhoogd Aanbestedende Dienst de totaal geraamde opdrachttrajecten van 390 met 50%, om te komen tot een maximale opdrachttrajecten van 585 opdrachttrajecten. Dit in overeenstemming met vigerende jurisprudentie (ECLI:NL:GHDHA:2013:5247).
