Einführung eines standardisierten, cloud-basierten Vergabe-, Bedarfs- und Vertragsmanagementsystems (VMS), das die rechtssichere, effiziente und revisionsfeste Durchführung sämtlicher Vergabe- und Beschaffungsvorgänge unterstützt. Das VMS soll den vollständigen Prozess von der Bedarfserfassung über die Vergabe bis zur Vertragsverwaltung digital, medienbruchfrei und nachvollziehbar abbilden und damit die digitale Beschaffungsstrategie umsetzen.
