Lot 1

Geef een beschrijving van uw werkwijze als huisadviseur. U levert een Plan van Aanpak op dat SMART is geformuleerd. Dit PvA zal als basis worden gehanteerd voor de gehele looptijd van de overeenkomst. U levert in uw PvA minimaal drie tot maximaal vijf KPI’s aan welke goed meetbaar zijn en toezien op de rol als Huisadviseur. U dient in te gaan op: 1) Uw visie op het zijn van een strategische samenwerkingspartner voor NCG en hoe u deze rol vormgeeft; 2) Uw visie op de uit te voeren werkzaamheden; a) Welke taken verricht opdrachtnemer en welke de opdrachtgever; b) Wat verwacht opdrachtnemer van NCG; c) Visie op samenwerking met Provincie Groningen, belangengroepen, aanhakers en andere belanghebbenden; d) Op welke wijze worden zaken vastgelegd en gerapporteerd; e) Op welke wijze wordt invulling gegeven aan de generieke ontheffing; f) Optimalisatie proces binnen NCG; a. Op welke wijze kan het proces geoptimaliseerd worden, zodat de continuïteit gewaarborgd blijft; g) Automatiseringsproces: in het verlengde van het punt over optimalisatie kan ook gedacht worden aan verdere automatisering van het systeem om in de nabije toekomst kosten efficiënt te blijven werken en de workflow voor alle betrokkenen te vereenvoudigen. Indien hier sprake van is: Hoe verloopt in uw ogen de optimale overdracht van de zittende dienstverlener naar de nieuwe contractant? 1) Welke zaken dienen in de overdracht geregeld c.q. aanwezig te zijn? 2) Wat zijn voor u de belangrijkste randvoorwaarden? 3) Welke risico’s onderkent u, geef daarbij ook uw maatregelen? 4) Wat is in uw optiek belangrijk en belangrijk voor de opdrachtgever? Opdrachtgever gaat ervan uit dat wanneer er bij een eventuele ontbinding van de Raamovereenkomst of heraanbesteding van het Huisadviseurschap Ecologie, overdracht moet plaatsvinden aan de nieuw te contracteren dienstverlener u de door u aangegeven werkwijze dan ook zult volgen — 30%
