Het Woonbedrijf Voorne aan Zee start een aanbestedingsprocedure om een overeenkomst te sluiten met meerdere opdrachtnemers voor het uitvoeren van schilderwerkzaamheden aan haar woningbezit in de periode 2026- 2029 (incl. verlengingsopties 2035). De door de gemeente geraamde waarde van de totale Raamovereenkomst voor de periode van vier jaar bedraagt € 4.500.000,-. Genoemde bedragen zijn inschattingen. U kunt aan de genoemde bedragen geen rechten ontlenen. De gemeente is op basis van jurisprudentie (arrest ECLI:EU:C:2018:1034) verplicht om ook een maximale omzet op te nemen in de overeenkomst. De maximale omzet wordt vastgesteld op € 6.500.000,-. Indien de maximale omzet is behaald, dan is de gemeente gerechtigd om de raamovereenkomst te beëindigen.
