Upphandlingen avser ramavtal för Inkassotjänster för Norrtälje kommuns, samt dess bolags, fordringar. Uppdraget omfattar bl.a. krav- och påminnelsehantering, upprättande av avbetalningsplaner, frivilliga uppgörelser samt vid behov rättslig indrivning. Tjänsterna ska utföras i enlighet med inkassolagen (1974:182), dataskyddsregelverket (GDPR) och övrig tillämplig lagstiftning.
