Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind die erweiterten Rohbauarbeiten, inkl. Abbruch eines Gebäudeteils sowie des gesamten Dachstuhls des Schulgebäudes. Die Neubauarbeiten umfassen den Bau eines mehrgeschossigen Gebäudeteils in Massivbauweise mit Mauerwerkswänden und einem Betontreppen- und Aufzugkern sowie den Neuaufbau des Dachstuhls als Stahl- und Holztragwerk.
