Le présent concours est organisé en vue de l'attribution d'un marché de Maîtrise d'OEuvre (MOE) ayant pour objet la réalisation des prestations suivantes : construction de l'espace restauration avec cuisine centrale pour le collège de Baraqueville (12160) L'attributaire du marché se verra confier une mission de base : ESQ, APS, APD, PRO, AMT, VISA, DET et AOR complétée des missions : - CSSI : Coordination du Système de Sécurité Incendie. - EXEp : Etudes d'exécution partielles (élaboration des DQE et dimensionnement des éléments déterminants y compris en structure) La part de l’enveloppe financière affectée par la maîtrise d’ouvrage aux travaux est de 3 800 000 euros soit 4 560 000 euros TTC.
