La solution proposée devra permettre de répondre aux exigences réglementaires et satisfaire aux obligations fiscales déclaratives liées à l'activité de Paris Habitat mais également d'optimiser le bénéfice des dispositifs auxquels les bailleurs sociaux ont droit. Les prestations donneront lieu à la conclusion d'un accord-cadre de nature mixte au sens des articles R 2162-2 et suivants du Code de la commande publique. Les prestations de nature forfaitaire concernent: - la fourniture et la mise en oeuvre d'une solution de pilotage et de gestion de la fiscalité foncière - l'accompagnement lors de mise en place du projet et post déploiement Les prestations sur bons de commande concernent des prestations qui ne seraient pas comprises dans le forfait, notamment les demandes d'évolution spécifiques
